On the lifestyle friday edition of Breakfast Connect on Africa Business Radio, the CEO of MICOS Chicken and Waffles, Ogochukwu Okolo joins us in the studio. Ogochukwu recounts the story of how MICOS started out of the desire to solve a very important problem. MICOS CHICKEN AND WAFFLES opened it doors in August 2015, to provide all day American breakfast and lunch selections to our customers. This idea was conceived to fill the perceived gap of limited breakfast options available locally at that time. The first location was in Lekki phase one. This location was chosen because of our extensive market research, demographics and disposable income composition of its neighborhoods.
