Mike Ozekhome, speaks on the ‘Building bridges for a new Nigeria,’ suggests the struggle country to be united is predicated on inaccurate narratives of history of coups and the role Igbo people played in such; he argues the coup was done in the interest of a few officers from across Nigeria with the ranks of the security forces. Ozekhome called on Nigerians to understand the importance of freeing Nnamdi Kanu in signifying unity among all Nigerians.

He proffers solution to many nation issues describing the Igbo tribe as one interested in the indivisibility of Nigeria.
