It all started with a fire, smoke, and then an unexpected explosion that rocked the city of Ibadan; the capital of Oyo state, Nigeria city to its core occurred on the 16th January, 2024. It was all caused by explosives stored illegally in residential quarters. The documentary “Seeking Answers” by Babatunde Okunlola investigates issues of policies, corruption, the struggle to understand it all, and answers the question “who dropped the ball, and how did it happen?
