Nigeria’s Micro Pension industry has been described as a gold mine waiting to be tapped. A report from Price Waterhouse Cooper showed that by the end of 2017, it was estimated that Nigeria’s Micro Pension industry would be worth 61.1 billion nairas with an expected real return of 4.5 percent annually. If all the assumptions leading to that projection is extrapolated to today, the actual worth of the nation’s micro pension industry would be quite impressive.
