He is very passionate about innovation and product design as he was responsible for growth execution and partnerships across Africa at Swifta Systems.
With over ten years of experience in management consulting for digital products, business process re-engineering, market growth strategy, energy and financial services, he has led various strategic and transformational projects in the financial services industry and other sectors driving initiatives around strategy, product development, marketing, and brand repositioning.
Olusola holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Electrical Engineering from Obafemi Awolowo University Ile- Ife and an Executive MBA from Quantic School of business and technology in Advanced Corporate Strategy and entrepreneurship. Olusola is a Google Certified deployment specialist, Trainer and Innovator and has managed training and business transformation deployments for over 120,000 people across schools and companies in Africa.
