COVID-19 in Nigeria: Has the second wave begun?

Dr. Renner tells Breakfast Connect that the rise is inevitable due to an increase in awareness which has led to an increase in testing and contact tracing. 
He also suggests that the number of confirmed cases may continue to rise because social distancing is not something Nigerians are good at. According to him, “People in Nigeria wear their masks everywhere except on their noses and mouths..and I think that is why these test results are increasing….”
